Who  is she? I am someone who lost myself in the pressure of the world around me, then I rebuilt myself. I have survived disordered eating, depression, anxiety, postpartum, poverty, and trauma. I am a certified yoga teacher, a certified fitness trainer, a tarot reader, an artist, and I have several years experience helping people build behaviors. 

What sets me apart? It’s not about me. It’s about my students, customers, and clients. When you work with me, you are the focus, and you are in control. I act as a mentor, a guide, and a resource.
