Tingsha Bell and Case

Tingsha bells, also known as Tibetan hand cymbals have multiple uses.

They  are often used to mark the beginning and end of meditation sessions. The sound is said to help focus the mind.

Tingshas can be used in ceremonies to create a sacred space. The high vibrational sound  is believed to cleanse the space.
